Join us for a gentle morning yoga to start your Sunday feeling refreshed and grounded. This class is perfect for beginners or anyone looking for a slower, more supportive pace—no experience needed.

We’ll move through easy stretches, mindful breathing, and simple flows to help release tension and wake up the body.

This is a free class, with optional free-will donations supporting our Practice for a Purpose Yoga Ministry, giving back to those in need.
