A 4-week sculpt-style heated flow using optional weights to build strength and stability. The same flow repeats each week so you can track your progress and feel yourself getting stronger.
A perfect mid-week reset with early morning energy to carry you through your day—and into summer beach yoga.
Each session ends with savasana + a cool eucalyptus compress. You’ll be out by 7 AM, ready for your day.
