Yoga Flow & Restorative Recovery
stretch, strengthen and increase flexibility then slow it down with some passive stretching (think bolsters, blocks and blankets) and hands on adjustments to relax the muscles, allow the body to reset, the mind to be quiet and to drop into a meditative state.
