I am a teacher based in the Cotswolds who teaches a range of classes in local community centres, gyms and studios. I love to teach Yoga to a broad range of students. Trained in Trauma Informed Yoga.
Description
A class where we move with the breath through a sequence of postures. Starting slow and small and moving into standing postures and balances, coming back down to the ground for twists and Savasana.
