I am a teacher based in the Cotswolds who teaches a range of classes in local community centres, gyms and studios. I love to teach Yoga to a broad range of students. Trained in Trauma Informed Yoga.
Description
A class where breath and movement is matched and we practice a series of postures to strengthen but also to release tension. Relaxation at the end. All props and mats provided.
