I am a teacher based in the Cotswolds who teaches a range of classes in local community centres, gyms and studios. I love to teach Yoga to a broad range of students. Trained in Trauma Informed Yoga.
Description
A class to learn the basics. Gradually build strength and flexibility in a safe and friendly small class. (Must be able to get up from the floor to standing unaided.)
