Prachiti Sakhalkar
Prachiti has practiced yoga since childhood and is a lifelong yoga student. Through her own experiences, she discovered how yoga can be life-altering. Apart from her yogi world, she is a full-time software engineer and mother of 2 children. She knows how chaotic life can become and how yoga could help you feel more peaceful and connected to yourself. She wanted to contribute more to the world of yoga and as the next step on her path, she completed 200 Hours of Yoga teacher training in 2020. She has taught yoga ever since and enjoys sharing her knowledge with others through her teaching. She looks forward to seeing you during our yoga sessions at Triangle Shala!

Description

Every 4th Saturday of the month, join us for a guided Pranayama class designed to introduce students to the rich and subtle practice of breathwork. Pranayama is more than simply controlling the breath—it is the practice of working with prana, the life force within the body, to steady the mind, calm the nervous system, and create a deeper connection to the self.

At Triangle Shala, our hope is to help students turn inward, understand themselves more fully, and build a lasting reservoir of peace they can return to again and again. This class will include less asana and more emphasis on guided Pranayama practices, offering space to slow down, listen deeply, and cultivate inner stillness.

Students can expect to leave feeling calm, alert, tranquil, and more connected to themselves.

All levels of yoga and Pranayama practitioners are welcome.
