Find Your Flow | Vinyasa

Róisín Gleeson
With a background in social science, Róisín has always been curious about how people relate to the world around them. While her studies focused on understanding society, yoga became the space where she could turn inward—offering balance, grounding, and a deeper connection to herself. Her journey into yoga was unexpected. For years, she was naturally drawn to mindfulness and meditation without labelling it as such. When she eventually discovered vinyasa, something clicked—the combination of movement and breath created a powerful sense of presence and clarity that transformed her practice. She completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga at the House of Om in Bali in August 2025. What began as a way to deepen her personal practice soon evolved into a genuine passion for teaching and sharing yoga with others. Her classes are rooted in vinyasa flow, with an emphasis on linking breath to movement to build heat, focus the mind, and prepare the body for rest and stillness. Alongside this, she values the importance of slowing down—creating balance between effort and ease. She views yoga as a powerful tool for nervous system regulation and overall wellbeing, something that extends far beyond the mat. Having navigated periods of change in recent years, yoga has been a steady and supportive presence in her life. This perspective shapes her teaching: creating a space where students are encouraged to show up exactly as they are, without pressure or expectation. Her intention is to guide others toward a practice that feels accessible, grounding, and real—reminding them that yoga is not about perfection, but about connection.

Description

Find Your Flow is a mixed level vinyasa class designed to help you arrive, move, and reconnect with your breath and body in an accessible, supportive way.
We begin with gentle centering and pranayama to settle the mind, followed by opening movements and sun salutations to warm the body. The practice then builds through flowing sequences, playing with peak poses to generate heat and focus, using breath as an anchor to guide movement and create connection.
Options are offered throughout so you can meet yourself where you are and choose what feels right for your body. We close with a grounding cool down and savasana, leaving you feeling balanced, clear, and more connected.
