Hi, I'm Ella! I've been practicing Pilates for 5 years and have now completed my international certification in both Mat and Reformer Pilates. I'll be teaching regular classes at True North from now through until March where I'll have a short break. I'm so excited to share my love of movement with you all. Can't wait to meet you in the studio!
Description
This all-levels mat Pilates class is designed to build strength, improve mobility, and connect you to your core. You'll move through a series of low-impact, controlled exercises with options provided for beginners through to intermediate levels. With a focus on mindful movement and breath, this class will help you improve posture, flexibility, and overall body awareness — creating a strong, stable foundation for everyday life.
