Jannene found Vinyasa Yoga after a successful sporting career representing New Zealand in four sports and becoming a World Champion. Yoga offered Jannene a transformation both mentally and physically inspiring a journey to deepen her practice and complete teacher training in Vinyasa and Hatha styles, 200hr YTT. Jannene aims to assist students develop mindful movement, self-awareness and breath control.
