Laura Calderón

Though I began teaching yoga recently, my connection to the practice has been growing for years. Yoga has helped me strengthen my body, calm my mind, and develop a deeper sense of focus and awareness.
I teach Hatha Yoga with an emphasis on breath-led movement and alignment. My goal is to help students tune into themselves, work through personal challenges, and focus on their growth.
With a 200-hour Hatha Yoga certification and a background in acrobatic sports, I bring a strong understanding of body mechanics and posture correction to my classes. I strive to create a supportive space where students can explore their limits safely and mindfully.
