Description
Ladies naturally have weaker and lesser strength as compared to men. Building core strength and strengthening our back, glutes, quads and leg muscles are important for overall/general health. As much as the body requires stretching, it also requires about the same amount of strengthening.

Attending this session regularly will slowly build your overall strength, which helps you build better balance, preventing injuries, increase bone density thereby decreasing the risk of osteoporosis.

The class is multi-levelled, options will be given. Suitable for both beginners and regular yoga practitioners.
