Marie Endres
Marie is an experienced yoga teacher (E-RYT 500, Yoga Alliance) who has been deeply immersed in the practice of yoga for over a decade. Her path has taken her across the globe—from India to Indonesia—where she explored yoga not only as a physical discipline but as a way of living and being. As the founder of Vaya Yoga Studio, Marie has created a welcoming space where yoga becomes a journey of self-awareness, connection, and transformation. Her classes blend the mindful precision of Hatha Yoga, the dynamic energy of Vinyasa, the deep stillness of Yin, the musicality of Inside Flow, and the functional benefits of Surf Yoga. Through this integrative approach, she supports her students in finding presence, strength, and balance—on and off the mat. Now based in Portugal, Marie offers weekly classes, workshops, and retreats at her studio. Her teaching style is inclusive, encouraging, and rooted in the belief that yoga is for everyone. She aims to guide each student toward a deeper connection with themselves through conscious movement and breath.

Elevate Vinyasa

Strength | Balance | Breath | Flow

This class is designed for experienced yogis in good physical condition, ready to challenge themselves, build strength, and explore advanced asanas. Combining elements of Hatha and Power Vinyasa, we flow through dynamic sequences, focusing on breath control, endurance, and fluid transitions. It’s a space to push past limits, refine technique, and embrace challenges with presence and awareness. If you’re ready to explore advanced poses or even discover something new, this class is for you.

What to Expect:

- Intelligent sequencing to prepare your body for deep backbends, arm balances, and inversions
- Strength-based drills to build core stability, mobility, and muscular endurance
- Dynamic transitions that require control, flexibility, and focus
- Advanced pranayama (breathwork) to cultivate inner fire and deepen awareness
- Mindful recovery with deep stretches and grounding relaxation

Important Notes:
• This class is physically demanding and designed for experienced practitioners in healthy physical condition and those who want to step beyond their comfort zone.
• You should have a solid foundation in basic asanas, as this class moves at a faster pace with mostly verbal cues.
• While this class is not for complete beginners, everyone is welcome—you can always choose to skip poses or modify where needed.
• It’s okay to take it at your own pace; listen to your body, and feel free to modify poses as you need to.

Come prepared to sweat, explore, and break through barriers—while staying connected to your breath and body. If you’re ready, there’s so much to discover and explore.

BOOKINGS and CLASS REGISTRATION
• Online Booking: You can book a class online up to 30 minutes before it starts.
• Last-Minute Booking: If it’s later than 30 minutes, contact VAYA Yoga directly.
• Arrival Time: Yoga room doors open 15 minutes before class. Please arrive between 15 and 5 minutes before to get settled. If you still need to pay (Cash, MBway, Revolut), please arrive at least 30-15 minutes before class to secure your spot.

Unpaid Reservations

If you reserved a spot but haven’t paid online, your spot is not guaranteed. To secure your place, please pay at least 30 minutes before class, either online or in person at the studio. If the class is fully booked, unpaid spots may be given to someone else.

No Refunds or Transfers

All purchases of class passes (Drop-In, 5-Class Pass, 10-Class Pass) and memberships are final, non-transferable, and non-refundable, even in cases of non-usage or expiration.

Class Cancellations
• Cancel at least 1 hour before class to receive a class credit, depending on your pass type. Your pass activation can be adjusted for another day.
