A calming blend of Hatha-based movement and Yin Yoga to reconnect, release, and refocus.

This class combines steady, breath-led postures from Hatha Yoga with long-held, passive stretches from Yin.
We begin with gentle, mindful movement to activate the body, improve alignment, and bring awareness to breath and sensation.
The second part of the class invites you to slow down even more—settling into deep, supported stretches that help release tension and calm the nervous system.

You’ll move with intention and space, without rush or pressure.
Each posture becomes a place to ground yourself, observe what’s present, and gently return to focus—again and again.

This class is ideal for anyone who needs time to slow down, breathe deeper, and reconnect with themselves.
Whether you feel distracted, tense, or simply tired—this practice supports you in finding stillness and clarity.
