Ella Guest Teacher
Ella believes that yoga is a journey that goes far beyond the movements on the mat.
In her classes, she creates a balance between breath and movement, helping students connect more deeply with their body, mind, and inner calm.
She completed her 200-hour training in Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga in India, and brings grounding energy and a calm, steady presence to her teaching.
Ella is currently part of the VAYA Yoga Studio teaching team, where she shares her Hatha and Ashtanga-inspired practice while she’s in the area.
Description
Slow Release – A grounding Hatha evening class
This gentle evening class offers a grounding space to unwind, release tension, and reconnect with yourself after a long day. With slow, intentional movement and longer-held postures, it encourages deep relaxation and a sense of inner calm. You’ll move through classical Hatha asanas with mindful attention to breath and alignment, allowing the nervous system to settle and the body to soften.
Rather than flowing, we move with awareness – each posture becomes an invitation to slow down and fully arrive in the present moment. Suitable for all levels, especially those seeking a steady, calming way to end the day with clarity and ease.
