Šárka is a yoga teacher (RYT 500), traveler, and free spirit who believes that yoga is a way back to yourself. Her classes are a mix of mindful movement, fluid vinyasa, and moments of deep stillness – always guided with warmth and an open heart. Originally from Prague, she carries her practice wherever life takes her – from city studios to mountain sunrises and retreats by the ocean. In her classes you’ll find space to breathe, soften, and reconnect – with your body, your soul, and the present moment. During her time in Peniche, where she found her second home, she shares her love for yoga and the ocean, creating a practice that feels grounding, yet free.

Description

Vinyasa Flow – A dynamic and breath-centered yoga practice that connects movement with mindfulness in a continuous, flowing sequence. Rooted in the principles of breath awareness and fluid transitions, this class is designed to build strength, flexibility, and balance while cultivating focus and inner harmony.

Each session follows a thoughtfully structured sequence where poses seamlessly transition from one to the next, guided by the rhythm of your breath. The practice generates heat within the body, enhancing circulation and mobility, while also improving coordination and body awareness. Expect a balance of energizing movements that build stamina and stability, followed by deep stretches to improve flexibility and release tension.

Vinyasa Flow is suitable for all levels, as modifications and variations are offered to meet individual needs. Whether you’re looking to awaken your body in the morning, develop a deeper connection between breath and movement, or prepare for an active day ahead, this class will leave you feeling strong, refreshed, and centered.


BOOKINGS and CLASS REGISTRATION
• Online Booking: You can book a class online up to 30 minutes before it starts.
• Last-Minute Booking: If it’s later than 30 minutes, contact VAYA Yoga directly.
• Arrival Time: Yoga room doors open 15 minutes before class. Please arrive between 15 and 5 minutes before to get settled. If you still need to pay (Cash, MBway, Revolut), please arrive at least 30-15 minutes before class to secure your spot.

Unpaid Reservations

If you reserved a spot but haven’t paid online, your spot is not guaranteed. To secure your place, please pay at least 30 minutes before class, either online or in person at the studio. If the class is fully booked, unpaid spots may be given to someone else.

No Refunds or Transfers

All purchases of class passes (Drop-In, 5-Class Pass, 10-Class Pass) and memberships are final, non-transferable, and non-refundable, even in cases of non-usage or expiration.

Class Cancellations
• Cancel at least 1 hour before class to receive a class credit, depending on your pass type. Your pass activation can be adjusted for another day.
