Laura is a certified teacher of trauma-sensitive Qi Gong with three years of experience in Qi Gong and the chinese martial art of Wing Chun Kung Fu. Qi Gong is a gentle yet powerful practice that combines breath, very slow movement and focus to cultivate inner energy (Qi). Laura guides students to reconnect with their body and mind to harmonizes the body’s self-healing abilities and promotes deep inner balance.

Description

Chinese Qi Gong date back over 800 years and were originally developed to help people stay healthy. Qi Gong were taught in hospitals and practiced by doctors as part of everyday medicine.

The movements are designed to activate the flow of energy (Qi) throughout the body and stimulate the meridians. The movements are gentle, slow, and simple – making them easy to learn and follow.
You don’t need to be flexible or athletic to practice them. This Qi Gong exercises are suitable for everybody from the age of 16 and up, regardless of fitness level or experience. They are a form of movement meditation: calming the mind, relaxing the body, and reconnecting you with your inner energy through mindful motion. The class will end with a meditation for deep relaxation.

Open to all levels – beginners welcome.

BOOKINGS and CLASS REGISTRATION
• Online Booking: You can book a class online up to 30 minutes before it starts.
• Last-Minute Booking: If it’s later than 30 minutes, contact VAYA Yoga directly.
• Arrival Time: Yoga room doors open 15 minutes before class. Please arrive between 15 and 5 minutes before to get settled. If you still need to pay (Cash, MBway, Revolut), please arrive at least 30-15 minutes before class to secure your spot.

Unpaid Reservations
If you reserved a spot but haven’t paid online, your spot is not guaranteed. To secure your place, please pay at least 15 minutes before class, either online or in person at the studio. If the class is fully booked, unpaid spots may be given to someone else.

No Refunds or Transfers
All purchases of class passes (Drop-In, 5-Class Pass, 10-Class Pass) and memberships are final, non-transferable, and non-refundable, even in cases of non-usage or expiration.

Class Cancellations
• Cancel at least 1 hour before class to receive a class credit, depending on your pass type. Your pass activation can be adjusted for another day.
