Laura Kraft
Laura is a certified teacher of trauma-sensitive Qi Gong with three years of experience in Qi Gong and the chinese martial art of Wing Chun Kung Fu. Qi Gong is a gentle yet powerful practice that combines breath, very slow movement and focus to cultivate inner energy (Qi). Laura guides students to reconnect with their body and mind to harmonizes the body’s self-healing abilities and promotes deep inner balance.
