Laura Doebrich
Laura is a certified yoga teacher (RYT 200 in Vinyasa, Hatha, and Ashtanga and 60h Yin Yoga) and is currently completing her 300-hour advanced training.
With a lifelong background in competitive sports, she first came to yoga as a way to balance physical training - but quickly discovered its deeper impact on mind and body. For her, yoga is a way to reset the nervous system and connect inward, integrating asana with pranayama, meditation, and elements of yoga philosophy into daily life.
