Description
We’ll come together for three delicious hours to support your spirit - through a combination of spiritual communion, ritual, chanting, movement meditation, yoga all filled with self enquiry.
As your teacher, you’ll be lovingly guided every step of the way -all welcomed even if you’ve never been to a yoga ceremony before!
I’m passionate about bringing groups of kindred spirits together to create a beautiful, supportive, and nurturing space.
These ceremonies are simply a time for you to enjoy just being, indulge and get fascinated about you. To find a balance and carve out time for yourself - you are more than worth it!
What to bring |
A journal and pen
Something for the altar - a crystal, something foraged from your garden/walk, jewellery, candle etc.
A mug for your tea
The studio has mats, props and blankets although feel free to bring your own.
