Cancer New Moon Ritual
This Cancer New Moon is a water sign and asks you to move gently as this one of the most nurturing and compassionate of signs.
Cancers spirit creature is the Crab, whom carries its home on its back. This moon is all about feeling at home, safe, secure + nourished.
Feeling at home is often about acceptance. It is about embracing where we are or need to be, even though we may feel challenged, fearful, or at odds with what lies before us or perhaps more importantly within us.
Practicing self-care by being gentle with yourself, standing up for your values, setting boundaries, and moving from a place of compassion, are all tools that are going serve us well under this Cancer New Moon.
I am going to be as bold as to say, if you are looking for deep healing then this is the New Moon to take that step to self-love, self-nourishment, and feeling at home within yourself.
🌑 New Moon Ceremony 🌑
When the moon is dark, we can ignite the light within.
The New Moon is a time to go inward, for contemplation and stillness. This ceremony is for you if you need space, clarity and time to just ‘be’ with yourself.
The moon magic at this time is all about planting the seeds of manifestation.
✨ We will connect to the moon's energy and envoke her into space.
✨ Share some beautiful Pranayama (breathwork) + Gentle Mindful Movement.
✨ Meditation to raise your vibrational state ready for manifesting.
✨ Journaling
✨ Ritual to close, we will finish in true ritual style by releasing these intentions/moon wishes out to the universe.
As your teacher, you’ll be lovingly guided every step of the way- no worries if you’ve never been to a moon ceremony before!
I’m passionate about bringing groups of women together to create a beautiful, supportive, and nurturing space.
My moon ceremonies are simply a time for you to enjoy the gentle presence of stillness, and carve out that time for yourself - you are more than worth it!

✨Comfortable Place (to be and sit)

✨Oil (Coconut, Flaxseed or Avocado may be lovely to use)
