Description
Soulful Sunday
January we will be working with the intention around Self Support, to be able to free ourselves moving in a way to create a feeling of safety, empowerment, strength and support both physically and emotionally.
Your monthly invitation to breathe, listen and let go…
When we give ourselves the time, space and freedom to truly breathe - we heal and nurture ourselves from the inside out.
Join me on the mat
Soulful Sunday is a blissful 90 minutes of forrest inspired yoga.
Together, we’ll explore and experience breath work, flow and stillness and balance. Allowing you to release and move in a way feel good for you, struggle free.
Come back to yourself
It’s all about using each yoga posture to get into your body, not your body to get into the posture. You are unique. The more you honour your body, mind and spirit by allowing yourself to move freely and naturally in your own way, the more balanced, grounded and connected you will feel. To yourself. To nature. To the world.
Feel better
A longer practice gives you the time and space you deserve to step out of your restless monkey mind and check in with the feelings and sensations stored and held within your body. I like to think of Soulful Sunday as a mini retreat, a chance to breathe, express ourselves, and ease any physical or emotional pain and discomfort - by truly hearing our bodies, minds and senses. So we can emerge feeling calmer, freer, more energised and inspired.
What our forest-inspired practice looks like:
Breathwork
Yoga Asana (Postures)
Relaxation
Consciously Living Yoga is about taking yoga into your day-to-day life using the tools yoga teaches us to be more aligned, conscious and self aware off the mat.
“Self care is far more important than doing nice things for yourself. It’s about preserving your resources and keeping yourself safe. I like to think about it as self-preservation.”
Anna Mathur
