This practice is forrest inspired yoga with the trainings of biomagickal pelvis with Charlie Speller. With the concepts of Anna Crowl.
It is an hour to find stability and support, safety and pleasure within your body.

How healthy is your pelvis?

If you’ve struggled with stress incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, endometriosis, birth complications or interventions, lower back pain, fibroids…you’re not alone. Pelvic health is central to our vitality; yet we can have many challenges in this area.

Pelvic health is so important - more than 53% of people with female anatomy suffer at some point in life with prolapse or stress incontinence. However, it is overlooked by many healthcare practitioners, and even ourselves. It’s not our fault - we just haven’t been taught how to nurture this sacred connection.
