Stepping into the magic of the present moment, supporting you to live life to the fullest just like the energy of spring.
Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or new to breathwork (aka pranayama), this session is designed to meet you where you are on your journey.
Together, let's create a sanctuary for relaxation and self-discovery.
What to expect:
20 minutes of active pranayama - conscious intentional breathwork.
20 minutes of relaxation meditation - receiving, resting and restoring
