I incorporate various yoga styles within my Hatha Yoga classes, from flow and vinyasa movement, to static holds and gentle supported opening poses. I offer a warm, welcoming and relaxed environment.

Description

A 60 minute hatha yoga class suitable for all levels, incorporating dynamic movement, gentle holds, strengthening, deep stretches and breathwork. Creating space for you to connect with your body and breath, quieten and re-energise.
