I incorporate various yoga styles within my Hatha Yoga classes, from flow and vinyasa movement, to static holds and gentle supported opening poses. I offer a warm, welcoming and relaxed environment.
Description
A 60-minute playful hatha yoga class, incorporating dynamic movement, gentle holds, strengthening, deep stretches and breathwork. Creating space for you to connect with your body and breath, quieten and re-energise.
