Description

Here we will move, breathe, stretch and strengthen. This class is a slow vinyasa style, warming the body with active sequences followed by longer held yin-style postures, leading into our savasana or relaxation. A real balance of flexibility and strength, this class is a perfect end to the week. This class will be suitable for most; please get in touch at victoria@vieyoga.co.uk if you'd like to discuss further and how we can modify if there are any injuries or special considerations for your practice.
This class will take place in the squash court at Newlands Tennis club and going forward there will be a members and non-members rate for class passes.
Class size will be limited to 10 mats. Depending on demand other classes can be added to the schedule.
