Description
Here we will move, breathe, stretch and strengthen. This class is a slow vinyasa style, warming the body with active sequences followed by longer held yin-style postures, leading into our savasana or relaxation. A real balance of flexibility and strength, this class is a perfect end to the week. It will be suitable for most; please get in touch at victoria@vieyoga.co.uk if you'd like to discuss further and how we can modify if there are any injuries or special considerations for your practice.
