Flow Yoga incorporates yoga postures, gentle to moderate movement sequences, breath work, supported silent meditation & guided relaxation to help you increase the connection & awareness between your breath, body & mind, build flexibility & strength, ease anxiety & depression, & ultimately, calm your nervous system. Classes are open to all-levels: to allow newcomers to learn how to connect their bodies & their breath & for more experienced yogis to deepen their practice. Classes are taught in English.
