Paramesh is a yoga and meditation teacher, educator, podcast host, and inter-faith chaplain. He holds a Master degree in Contemplative Religion with Sanskrit Language from Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado. He has taught in yoga studios, ashrams, hospitals, businesses, addiction treatment centers, psychiatric hospitals, and county jail. He has also worked as a hospital and hospice chaplain. Paramesh teaches an integrated yoga practice incorporating prānāyāma, āsana, and meditation. He teaches breath based Hatha yoga that seamlessly use the breath and body to lead one easily inwards into deep meditation practice.

Nesta aula de 60 minutos os alunos aprendem como usar a respiração e a consciência corporal para acessar estados profundos de relaxamento. Uma vez que o corpo e a mente estejam relaxados, os alunos são suavemente guiados através de uma prática de meditação sentada. Esta aula é adequada para todos os níveis de estudantes de meditação, desde iniciantes até praticantes avançados.

In this 60 minute class students learn how to use the breath and body awareness to access deep states of relaxation. Once the body and mind are relaxed students are gently guided through a sitting meditation practice. This class is suitable for all levels of students of meditation from beginners to advanced practitioners.
