I first stepped onto a yoga mat during my studies at the Australian Academy of Sport and Fitness in Sydney in 2007. I was fascinated by the grace of movement and discovered a passion for Yoga. Seven years later I started intensively studying the art of Yoga in Thailand and became a certified teacher of Hatha Yoga and Meditation. In Thailand, I began to teach various yoga styles and also started to practice Hormone Yoga Therapy by Dinah Rodrigues on a daily basis to reactivate my endocrine system. This practice changed my life completely! In 2016, I earned my certification as a teacher of Hormone Yoga Therapy for women, and the following year, I became certified to teach Hormone Yoga Therapy for men and those with diabetes. I am also a certified teacher of Yoga Therapy, Yin Yoga, Radiant Lotus Women's Qigong, Breathwork, Pilates and Barre. My classes focus on the rhythm of the breath and proper body alignment, linking breath with flowing movements through postures and exercises. The continuous flow deepens the breath, stimulates the body's energy, and builds endurance. My teaching is fully inspired by my own experiences. Life, dance, sport, yoga, health. These experiences have shaped me into a teacher who guides with patience and love.

Pilates: In diesem Kurs trainierst du gezielt deine Körpermitte, verbesserst deine Haltung und förderst deine Beweglichkeit. Mit effektiven Übungen stärkst du deinen gesamten Körper, baust Stress ab und findest eine Balance zwischen Kraft und Entspannung. Der Kurs ist für jedes Fitnesslevel geeignet – egal, ob du Einsteiger oder Fortgeschrittener bist.

Pilates: In this course, you will train your core, improve your posture, and enhance your flexibility. With effective exercises, you’ll strengthen your entire body, reduce stress, and find a balance between strength and relaxation. The course is suitable for all fitness levels – whether you’re a beginner or more advanced.
