Yoga entered my life over a decade ago. I have completed thousands of hours of trainings and consistent studies with my teachers. I have been a full-time yoga teacher and yoga teacher trainer since 2017. I study under the T.K.V. Desikachar and Krishnamacharya lineage and my classes also have influence of the Himalayan Tradition (Sri Vidya). I am also a Vedanta student.
I'm originally from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, now residing in Byron Bay, Australia. My teachers are Karin Lynn Carlson and Gloria Arieira. I've also studied with Eddie Stern, Robert Moses, Harshvardhan Jhaveri, Maria Kirsten, Rod Stryker, Carlos Pomeda, Octavio Salvado, Lizzie Lasater, Elena Brower, Rose Baudin, Bess Prescott, Gopala Amir Yaffa, Bec Isaacs, Jayadvaita Das, Eduardo Braune.

Description
This practice is about waking up the body’s natural vitality and moving with a sense of purpose.
We use dynamic sequences to stir up energy, but the real work happens in the mind: staying clear and unreactive while the body is in motion.
It’s an exploration of self-trust. By tuning into your interoception, you learn to distinguish between genuine effort and unnecessary strain, helping you take responsibility for how you show up. It’s a way to refine your critical thinking and become more authentic in your daily life.
We move on the mat so we can move through the world with more presence and skillfulness, staying grounded even when life picks up its pace.
