Power is a dynamic, full-body practice designed to build strength, mobility, and energy through intelligent, ever-changing movement. Rather than slowing down to stretch, this class uses active, breath-led flow to create heat, increase blood flow, and improve mobility from the inside out.

Through varied sequences and intentional transitions, we move the body in all planes of motion—strengthening muscles, hydrating the fascia, and improving joint health while keeping the brain engaged. Because the sequence changes from class to class, we continue building new neural pathways, supporting long-term growth, adaptability, and injury prevention.
