Special Session with Daryl – Japa Meditation📿

This week, Daryl will guide us through Japa Meditation, a sacred yogic practice of verbally repeating a mantra to focus the mind and awaken inner stillness. If you have a mala (prayer beads), feel free to bring it along—it’s a traditional tool used to count repetitions. If not, no worries! You can simply count on your fingers and still receive the full benefit of the practice!
