This fast-paced, full-body flow hits all the essentials: balance, flexibility, core strength, arm balances, inversions, and tricky transitions. Other weeks it’s Rocket Yoga, fast-paced and inversion-heavy, emphasizing arm strength and daring you to explore upside-down possibilities. Both practices are challenging on both body and mind, but that's exactly what helps cultivate the concentration needed for meditation.
