Absorbed in Peace | A 30-Minute Grounding Meditation for Clarity and Inner Peace Free

This 30-minute guided meditation blends yogic and Daoist practices to support grounding, clarity, and a deep sense of inner peace.
We begin by “sinking the qi”, gently anchoring our life-force energy downward into the body. This grounding practice helps calm the nervous system, settle excess mental activity, and create a sense of stability and presence.
From there, we transition into a quiet mantra meditation using So Hum. So Hum is a natural mantra that aligns with the rhythm of the breath — So on the inhale, Hum on the exhale. In the yogic tradition, So Hum loosely translates to “I am That”, pointing toward our essential nature and our connection to something greater. Rather than repeating it forcefully, the mantra is allowed to softly ride the breath, helping the mind become absorbed and spacious.
In the final portion of the meditation, the practice becomes even more subtle as we release technique and simply rest in the felt sense of peace itself — being with stillness, clarity, and ease.
