This beginner-friendly guided meditation is designed to help you reduce stress, calm the mind, and restore balance to your body’s energy. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or mentally scattered, this practice will gently guide you back into a state of deep relaxation and inner stillness.

This meditation introduces a foundational Daoist Qigong and Nei Gong practice known as “Stilling the Jing” (your essence or vital energy). By using breathwork, awareness, and intentional stillness, you’ll learn how to settle your energy, quiet the nervous system, and naturally calm the mind (Shen/spirit).

✨ What you’ll experience in this meditation:
• Deep relaxation for the body and nervous system
• A calmer, quieter mind with less mental chatter
• Emotional balance and reduced stress
• Increased energy through proper energy conservation

✨ How this practice works:
In this meditation, you’ll be guided to sit in stillness while directing your awareness to the base of the body (perineum). This helps ground and consolidate your energy (Jing), preventing it from being depleted by stress, overthinking, and constant activity.

As your body relaxes and your breath deepens, your mind begins to slow down naturally—creating a powerful state of inner calm and presence.

✨ Benefits of Stilling the Jing:
• Supports kidney energy and overall vitality
• Helps regulate emotions and reduce anxiety
• Improves focus, clarity, and mental control
• Promotes long-term health, balance, and longevity
