In this 30-minute guided meditation, you’ll be gently led into a grounded, calm energetic state before expanding your awareness beyond the body and into infinite space.

We begin by settling the nervous system and coming fully into presence. From there, the practice expands your awareness outward—first just a few feet around your body, and then beyond any perceived edge—until you are resting in a spacious field of awareness.

In this space, there is nothing to hold onto and nowhere to go. Just suspended peace, deep stillness, and a felt sense of connection to all things.
