Morning Meditation for Balanced Energy, Peace, and Calm

This 30-minute beginner-friendly meditation is inspired by a Nei Gong energy circulation meditation. We start by calming the body and sinking the breath, before experiencing the breath as a serum of light flowing up and down the spine.
This meditation works on the body's life force energy (called 'prana' or 'qi') and will leave you feeling balanced energetically, mentally, emotionally, and physically.
