In this practice, we'll move through three powerful energetic centers of the body using conscious breath, visualization, and mantra.
We begin by breathing into the lower abdomen, cultivating a deep sense of stability and presence while filling the body with golden light. From there, we move into the heart center to awaken compassion, connection, and love. Finally, we expand our awareness through the crown of the head, inviting a sense of bliss, unity, and wholeness.
Throughout the meditation, you'll work with the affirmations:
