Description
Calling all sad emo kids!
This slower, restorative-style practice is aimed to help us regulate our frazzled nervous system, quiet our busy minds and rest our weary bones.
On Slow Flow Fridays, we'll move slowly and gently to a curated lo-fi emo playlist. There'll be gentle stretches and connection to breath, before we settle into restorative-inspired, prop-supported poses to allow ourselves to slow right down. We'll end with extended savasana to enable us to truly rest.
Suitable for all abilities - all you need is your angst, your mat, and any extra blankets or layers you might want to keep yourself cosy.

We'll be in Studio 2 at OrangeYoga.
