This is a session based class to ensure community and continuity! Book a single trial class, or contact kate@meetinghouse.life to get a personalized link a 4-week session, 6 week session.

Meet other mamas and take time for you! This session-based class for moms and pre-crawling babies will build community and focus on adults, stretching and strengthening where you need it most when recovering from childbirth or caring for a little one (shoulders! core! back! hips!). But perhaps most importantly, practicing with your baby with other new moms is an incredible way to explore mindfulness as a parent, and allow your experiences on the mat to support you through raising a little one (or 2 or 3). Pre-Crawling Babies are invited to sleep in their car seats or on a blanket during class, and if awake, will have their turn to participate. Nursing, Feeding, Diaper Changes all ok! Please leave strollers outside the studio.

Health Note: It is recommended that anyone postpartum wait six weeks and receive clearance from a healthcare provider before starting any exercise program.
