Evening class that prepares you for a good night sleep.
This class specifically creates calm and rest at the end of the day.
We practise simple breathing exercises that help to clear the mind, balance the nervous system and de-stress. Together with gentle yoga movement this releases tension from the body. We finish with relaxation techniques that prepares for a night of sound sleep.
Statistics show that everyone suffers from sleep issues at some point in their life. Around 1 out of 4 Dutch people suffer from them regularly. The techniques used in this class are field-tested and designed specifically to target sleeplessness, anxiety, stress and burnout. The exercises are based on Inner Axis-method developed by Max Strom.
Sleep Well is suitable for all levels and all ages, and contains only gentle movement. Therefore, this practise is also suitable to restore and recover after other yoga exercises or sports. Please wear comfortable clothes fitting for exercise.
