Wild Tide Yoga offers seasonal yoga classes and retreats suitable for all levels. Seasonal yoga works to align our bodies with the changing energies of nature using yoga postures, Qi Gong, meditation and breath. We also specialise in Pre and Post Natal Yoga and offer weekly classes as well as nurturing Pregnancy Retreat days.

Nurture your body and mind and support yourself throughout your pregnancy with our Pre Natal yoga classes.

These specialised prenatal yoga classes are designed to support you through every stage of pregnancy—helping to ease common aches and pains, build gentle strength (especially in the pelvic floor), and prepare body and mind for birth.

Each class will include gentle poses, soothing breathwork to calm the nervous system and ease anxiety, and relaxation techniques tailored to support you and your baby's well-being. Plus, connect with other mums-to-be in a supportive and empowering environment!

Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have a long-standing practice, this is a safe, welcoming space where you can come exactly as you are.

These sessions are all about you—nourishing, grounding and gently empowering as you move through your pregnancy.

Classes are suitable from your 12 week scan right up until birth. As with all pre natal classes, it's best to check with your health care provider if you have any concerns about attending a yoga class.
