I combine breathwork, meditation and movement to help you to tune into what your body needs. Each class is slightly different depending on the energy in the room and I create flows to relax and challenge your body. Stillness is also very important and it is here that the real yogic work is done, in the mind. My classes will help you to move your body better and help you to find a place of quiet inside yourself.

A gentle seated class to mobilise and stretch the whole body. Suitable for everyone of any age or ability and a perfect way to keep your body moving and your mind connected.

Dress in comfortable clothing that you can move in and bring some water.

Class is held at Norwell Village Hall.
