I combine breathwork, meditation and movement to help you to tune into what your body needs. Each class is slightly different depending on the energy in the room and I create flows to relax and challenge your body. Stillness is also very important and it is here that the real yogic work is done, in the mind. My classes will help you to move your body better and help you to find a place of quiet inside yourself.
Description
A short and sweet vinyasa flow class to get your body moving and your mind ready for the day ahead. This is a dynamic class with some slightly more challenging poses.
What to bring?
You will need to bring a mat, a blanket and some water. I provide blocks and straps as required. It is advisable to wear comfortable clothing that you can move freely in, and layers are always good!
