I combine breathwork, meditation and movement to help you to tune into what your body needs. Each class is slightly different depending on the energy in the room and I create flows to relax and challenge your body. Stillness is also very important and it is here that the real yogic work is done, in the mind. My classes will help you to move your body better and help you to find a place of quiet inside yourself.
Description
A new class just for men. If you’re feeling stiff and tight then this class is for you. Absolutely no experience necessary. We will work through various stretches to help mobilise your body and ease out any tight muscles. We will also explore some breathwork and how that can help with easing tightness in the body. Finished off with a relaxation that may send you to sleep. What’s not to like!
Come with a mat, water and clothes you can move freely in.
