I combine breathwork, meditation and movement to help you to tune into what your body needs. Each class is slightly different depending on the energy in the room and I create flows to relax and challenge your body. Stillness is also very important and it is here that the real yogic work is done, in the mind. My classes will help you to move your body better and help you to find a place of quiet inside yourself.

A one hour session to do whatever you want! Can be tailored to suit. Held in your home or in Normanton Village Hall for an additional fee.
