I combine breathwork, meditation and movement to help you to tune into what your body needs. Each class is slightly different depending on the energy in the room and I create flows to relax and challenge your body. Stillness is also very important and it is here that the real yogic work is done, in the mind. My classes will help you to move your body better and help you to find a place of quiet inside yourself.

Description

A glorious yin yoga class to stretch your body. Long holds settle the nervous system and create space. Perfect to support any sport or just to give yourself some time and space. The later time means you can go straight to bed afterwards! Comfy clothes that you can move in, pyjamas are optional!

Feel free to have your cameras off.

Prepare your space with a yoga mat, two blankets, a cushion, some water and anything else you need to be comfy and relaxed. If you have a bolster and yoga blocks you can use that but it’s not essential.
