Yin Yoga and Breathwork is a deeply restorative practice that combines long-held passive postures with conscious breathing techniques. In this class, Eudo guides you through a slow, meditative flow that invites you to release tension, calm the nervous system, and reconnect with your body from the inside out.
Each posture is held for several minutes, allowing the connective tissues to gently open while the breathwork deepens your awareness and brings you into a state of stillness.
Particularly beneficial for golfers, padel and tennis players — this practice targets the hips, shoulders, spine and wrists, improving mobility, reducing injury risk and accelerating recovery between sessions. Many athletes find that a regular Yin practice directly improves their range of motion and focus on the court or course.
